Google Tango has been a popular tech talk for some times. Even if the products or the desired outputs are not available yet, people tend to pay more attention to this google's brand new step. Today in techmagister review, we are going to discuss about the google tango project.
Basically tango is a project to provide indoor positioning systems in a complete package with the help of augmented reality. But the different is , apart from basic AR or Indoor mapping techniques, google use specific devices with specific hardware features to implement the final output. Recently lenovo and Asus have released two new devices which are compatible with project tango. lenovo phabb 2 and Asus zenfone AR.

When it comes to hardware features, these phones have cameras with depth sensors included. Which can calculate the depth to an object. So it helps to the apps to make AR process more accurately. As you can see in the above GIF there are some dedicated apps to demonstrate the functionality of tango devices.

When in comes to indoor positioning systems.Simply you can step into your favourite shopping mall with your tango device and place it in front of you, then start walk. the device by itself will show you the latest offers, specified storage areas accourding to your favourations with the help of augmented reality.
